Together in Electric Dreams

Afterwards we went for dinner and a wonder around town and all picked our favourite guitar from the window of a music shop. We made a stop off at Starbucks and then it was on to join up with the DS Meet Up gang in the Yorkshire Grey pub just off Great Portland St. We played, we drank, we chatted. Some folks headed off for the night. Some more folks turned up and the night rolled on. We headed off to La Tasca for another meal and more drink and before we knew it ten hours of gaming, eating, drinking and laughing had gone by and it was time to go home.
There is nothing we love more than meeting up with our friends who we talk to everyday on the forum and Live. It’s great to see each other face to face once in a while. We only wish we could do it more often. In the spirit of that I’d like to suggest we start organising the next meet up now. Well it was another wonderful forum meet at the weekend. It was great to see so many familiar faces and quite a few new ones too. We rocked the Trocadero and had a whale of a time. We played a few shooters and as always had a pop on 4-player Mariokart. Game of the day though was definitely the OutRun 2 SP SDX 8-player machine where you play in twos and take over driving from your partner whenever they crash. Sarin and I were the Thelma and Louise of the Trocadero that day!
