Over the holiday season I took the time to look back over what a great year for gaming 2007 had been, and just for a minute I worried that this year could only be a disappointment. Now that the holidays are over I’ve stopped thinking of auld lang syne and started looking forward to some of the upcoming treats in store for us gamers in 2008. This year promises bigger, better, and most importantly bolder games - pushing the current generation of consoles to really live up to their abilities. Hopefully some of this year’s titles will push us gamers too and give us new ways to think about and play games.
