The New Year is upon us, and I feel that 2006 is going to be all about stuff. Not just any old stuff though… cool stuff. To allow you to jump straight on the band wagon here’s what I think is the top stuff to have your grubby little mits clasped around. In other words here are my Christmas picks to bring you into the New Year in style:
Firstly there is the almighty Prince of Persia, a fine platform game returning in all it’s glory in the form of The Two Thrones. If you love jaw dropping scenery, great platforming and fantastic fight scenes then I can think of no better game to play! I was really enjoying it just before I was whisked away rudely to another country. Why not check out the FDTV to see what it’s all about:

Secondly I want to let you all know that the greatest game on earth (in my opinion...) is Devil May Cry. 1 or 3, take your pick. I’m thinking 3 is the one to have right now, because - lets face it - Christmas can be a bit cheesy and Dante’s dialogue in 3 will really add to that. Plus if you can master the way Dante puts on his coat you will be the coolest thing to hit the high street this year… I promise!
Thirdly and finally I recommend the wonder that is Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifers Call. It’s an RPG, I warn you all, but the only RPG I have ever been able to play for more then 30 minutes. It features Dante, so is instantly a winner in my eyes, but it does have more to offer than just masculine eye candy. You can fuse Demons, chat to spirits, get drunk in the maze, and meet the skin stealing mankin. This game will keep you entertained for days, weeks and maybe even months…
I hope these selections will be able to direct you towards a game filled New Year, and put you on the rightous path to owning lots of stuff. Happy 2006!
